Your enquiry.
Your information.

Information you choose to provide

The project form asks for your name, email, phone, city, property type, service interest, timing and project notes. Budget notes are optional. We use these details to review and respond to your enquiry, clarify the project and maintain a record of that conversation.

How enquiries reach the team

This website uses Flor Technologies to process and store project enquiries for review by the Metaverse Interior Design owner team. You can also contact the team directly at kazi@cansoft.com. Information is handled by the website infrastructure and service providers needed to deliver that function. Their processing locations may be outside your province or Canada.

Website delivery and protection

The hosting platform processes technical request information, which can include an IP address, browser information, the requested page and security or error records. This is used to serve the website, diagnose problems and limit abuse. The enquiry form uses a request reference to help avoid duplicate submissions. Do not send passwords, payment information or building access codes in project notes.

Website guide and downloaded briefs

The Flor website guide offers preset navigation and planning responses. It does not send your button choices as an enquiry. A downloaded brief is generated in your browser; downloading it does not submit the form. You control the copy saved on your device.

Marketing and external links

Agreement to the enquiry notice allows a response about your project; it is not a subscription to marketing. Links to local authorities, image sources and other third-party sites lead to their own services and privacy practices.

Retention and your questions

Contact kazi@cansoft.com to ask about your enquiry record, request a correction or discuss deletion. Records may need to be retained for legitimate project administration, resolving disputes or other applicable obligations. The team will assess your request and explain any relevant limits.
